Been going to this pharmacy since I was a kid. Happy to see new faces in there and to see old ones have moved on. Great environment now! Smiling cheerful helpful staff happy to call this my local home town pharmacy

Ever since the new pharmacist has arrived his presence has made the entire store environment change. It does not feel like a welcoming small town pharmacy because his ego seems to fill the room. He is disrespectful and uncompastionate. He is not a nice person and I would love to see how he feels being treated the same way he treats costumers and I’m sure even his employees.

The new young pharmacist is ignorant and entitled I try to avoid the pharmacy when he is working. He’s more interested in his cellphone then actually working, always behind and nothing ever ready on time when he is working. Paul is an exceptional pharmacist, would like to see more of him

Samir works diligently to assure clients receive the right medication, dose, and education. The Norwood community is fortunate to have him. Part of his role as a pharmacist is to review the doctors prescriptions, making sure the medication is appropriate for the patient, which he has always done in a timely manner for us. Of note, I hear a lot of complaints from Seniors that people are always on their phones. The pharmacist is likely doing a medication calculation, or reviewing the most up to date information on the medication you were prescribed.

I was in the pharmacy buying vitamins for my mother and overheard a conversation between the young pharmacist and a young girl and I was completely shocked. The way he was speaking to her was repulsive, you could tell the young girl was upset and uncomfortable. I heard him say and I quote “you are a snake, you are heartless and I have no trust in you” he even threatened to get rid of her. I understand there are two sides to every story but if you ask me that should of been a private meeting. Whoever is running this store needs to realize all that is happening here. He may be knowledgeable but he has no people skills. Those poor girls.
