This was the worst costumer service I have experienced in 30 years with RBC! The Teller I dealt with was rude, judgemental and condescending! Went for something as simple as a replacement debit card and was treated like a common criminal!

i am constantly harrassed by one older clearly menopausal teller who feels the need to boss me around. i had forgotten my card at work and had to answer almost 20 different questions just to cash a 70 dollar cheque. i was also forced to change my pin because my wife knew it. i will refuse to do any more of my banking with this bully.
