Emily's Wine in Noto turned out to be the highlight of our Sicilian holiday. Maurizzio is a qualified sommelier and takes pride in his wine and the authentic tasty local dishes and is concerned with quality organic and superb wines. The prices are amazingly reasonable considering the integrity of what he is doing. If you make the effort and show interest and appreciation in what he is doing, he will respond warmly and enthusiastically .This is not for the uneducated palette or undiscerning customer ..it's a gem.
Closed on Sundays. Thursday 11 May 2017 The best glass of Nero d'Avola I have ever had. It was organic, served in a large glass and only cost 4.00! My wife had a lovely glass of sparkling white wine (4.00). May 2016 Lovely little wine bar on a steep side street that always seems to be blessed with bright sun and a gentle breeze.
Great local food, wonderful wine. Just off the Noto main street, so not so crowded. Informal atmosphere. Locals eat here.
My best surprise in Noto. I didn't expect anything incredible but was really surprised by tasty simple food. Great for lunch and good artisanal beers.
