Really is the best pizza I have ever eaten, after a month and a half of traveling in Italy. The dough is crispy and thin. The pizza filling is made with the best quality ingredients. Noto is a city to visit, but I would only come here again for this pizza. The attention is also very good, and very friendly. although it took a while to bring me the pizza it was worth the wait. Totally recommended, with eyes closed.

Very bad experience: at 22:45 they have already finished all pizza doughs. You can have access to the restaurant only with reservation. They are not organized at all. To be avoided! I confirm what I have indicated above: the restaurant can manage clients onle through reservation and this constraint can be discovered only when you reach the restaurant. The management is ridicolous: they are able only to offend the clients as reply to a critic as it is evident from the reply below. With regards the compliance with rules against COVID 19 it is important to note that the access is ensured through a very narrow stairs and nobody is controlling the use of surgical masks. I did photos of the constraints and I'm going to forward to the Authority having Jurisdiction. I strongly recommend to avoid this restaurant and its management: very rude and unprepared!
