Cute restaurant in Noto. As a starter we ordered a dish with small fish appetizers. This was very tasty. In Italy you usually eat pasta between your starter and main course. After the starter I ordered the vegetarian pasta with walnuts and almonds (highly recommended!). And as a main course I ordered the grilled squid. I did not finish the main course, because I personally thought it was a little too much. I would skip the main course and only order a starter and pasta, so that you also have room for dessert. Unfortunately I did not try a dessert, because I was too full.

Lovely restaurant in Noto. Tasty well presented food. I wish I had got the name of our waiter, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I also wish I'd found Tannur earlier in my holiday so I could have gone again!

Good place for eating not too far from downtown. Dishes a bit small.

We had dinner at \Tannur\ after reading about it on TripAdvisor, and we definitely made the right choice. The staff is very friendly and polite, and (in the unlucky COVID-19 times we are living) they pay particular attention to social distancing and sanitization (we saw them sanitizing chairs and table accurately, after each customer left). The menu does not offer a huge choice of dishes, but (as is often the case) this a hint of excellence in both ingredients and cooking techniques. We were in a group and we had the chance to taste pasta, meat, and fish, and we were all very happy about it. Judging from the techniques and from the creativity of the menu, I personally had the impression that the staff was very young and fresh out of catering/cooking school. Everything was carefully prepared and served. Special mention to the paccheri with sea bream (in the picture), they are delicious! Prices are fair - not cheap, but not expensive either.
