Super crowded on a rainy afternoon during lunchtime. Not enough place to sit but the offers on food were not really suitable as takeaways. Wrapped some things in paper napkins anyway and ate in the car. Nothing to blame on the church which is beautiful even in the rain.

Tickets required, but they include a little museum village with animals nearby. Very nice!
Clean ,nice place ,,, BUT to expencive and not much food on the plates ! Avoid if you are on a budget and hungy !

O Heddalu se toho už napsalo moc, ale přesto musím říct, že je to z mého pohledu nejlepší kostel v Norsku, někteří by mohli oponovat a tvrdit, že nejlepší je v Borgundu nebo v Lomu. Heddal byste neměli vynechat, stojí za to podívat se dovnitř, interiér je zajímavý. Vstupenka do kostela platí i do nedalekého skanzenu, který rozhodně musíte vidět. Je tam hezky předveden život prostých Norů v té době.
