I have utilised the excellent facilities at Access Self Storage in Queens Road, Nottingham for short term storage for over 12 years. I find the service courteous, professional and good value for money. Organisations are judged on their people and Michelle deserves a special mention. I have witnessed first hand her ability to deal with difficult situations, people of all backgrounds and provide support to vulnerable people. Well done.

The lady at the desk who wore glasses was very respectful and she had great and amazing customer service, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better, and it should be of great value for the business to have her. The manager, on the other hand was rude and un polite. He sounded polite on the phone, but had an unprofessional and rude customer service stance in person and he should work on that. Other than that, the service was good.
Fantastic service and reasonable price!! Especially, it has a good location - just next the Nottingham train station. Will is a nice guy!!
A very good set-up. Easy to get in and out, after hours access was given to us on request, a good price. Would use again.
