Over 25 years of football, running and cycling I have had sports massage from up to a dozen different people. I would say Alex is probably the most knowledgeable and effective. He has a real enthusiasm for many sports which combined with his experience of working with top level professional athletes makes him a great sounding board for any training / injury related queries you may have. He's also sociable and easy to get along with which helps to pass the time.

Alex was great, firstly he gave me advice over the phone which he wasn't obliged to. I was able to make a appointment very quickly. He was thorough, professional and very down to earth which helps to put you at ease and also helped me pinpoint the problem with my knee! I've seen Alex twice now and the service has been awesome, will definitely be using him again, should the need arise.
My experience was engaging, informative and bespoke to my needs. I had a great outcome and now have the information and motivation to persist with my rehabilitation. After a great first one hour treatment with Alex last month, I’m now returning every month. He is highly experienced, and importantly he takes time to understand your issues and tailors a treatment programme accordingly. His calm approach quickly puts you at ease, and he is great to chat to during treatment. Excellent!
I have been having treatment by Alex at Central Therapy for years for my many running ailments, he was always the best sports massage/soft tissue person that i have used but now he is taking his knowledge further and becoming a sports therapist which is great. He can not just treat existing aches and pains he can tell you why you have them and help you prevent them happening in the future. Highly recommended!
