I don't know when this Nottingham centre Claire's opens if when they do piercing if it does of highgen of cleaning your piercing but when my mum can take me with face mask and hand clean gel and I give this Nottingham centre Claire's 5 out of 5 star's and 9 out of 10 star's Excellent brilliant and fantastic shop and I think everyone should ware face mask to go to this Nottingham centre Claire's and always take your hand wash gel with you at all times if it does open of day or year ???????????????? And keep your disunts two meters a part always do so and keep your hands clean and your ears clean before you get your ears piercing if yes or no still haven't had your ears piercings Just ask the staff if they are in the shop I still giving this Nottingham centre Claire's shop 10 out of 10 star's and 9 out of 9 star's and 5 out of 5 star's became me and my mum can want to buy only gold earrings because we have reacshon to silver studs but don't have reacshon to gold earrings or studs Just to Let this Nottingham centre Claire's shop know.

Went to get my girls ears pierced last Saturday. They were soooo excited but the staff soon knocked that out of them! Arrived early, as instructed, but they were running late. Small blonde girl simply walked round without a mask, filling the shelves and looking at the queue. A couple and their baby were first at 11.10. I then realised the people behind us were booked in before us, so we let them go first. The small blonde girl came to the queue and said they were running 2 minutes late, despite the people behind being booked in for 11.00! When it eventually came to our turn, the young blonde girl was extremely grumpy and when I said we wanted the stainless steel studs as my daughters are sensitive to nickel, she told me that they shouldn’t have the stainless steel (at 25) and should have the gold (at 55) as they didn’t recommend stainless steel for sensitive ears. Despite this I said I wanted them anyway, she had to get her supervisor then! The next blonde came over and told me in a more forceful way that I should go for the gold instead and I insisted that they were having the stainless steel as I could afford 55 each! She grumped off to get the forms to fill in and said she would have to mark on the forms that we had chosen against advice. Then the first girl pulled the same trick on the family behind and told them they recommended the gold, and they went for it. While I was having my kids appointment, the lady and daughter before us came back saying they wanted it done again as they weren’t happy with the placement of the piercing. Instead of apologising they were told they could go next despite other people waiting! This annoyed the family behind us who had been waiting half an hour and they decided to leave! All in all, the two blonde ladies were grumpy and unhelpful, completely lacking in customer service. They turned a landmark moment in my girls lives, from an exciting event into a sour experience. DONT GO HERE FOR PIERCING.

Lovely little shop and had a great selection and good offers, though when I went in there (tuesday) it was really packed. Not a bad thing but bare in mind that it can get very busy.
Great place very friendly staff, and a great manageress .
