There is no doubt this is one of the hardest things anyone has to do. The thought of continuous calls and arrangements is the last thing you want to be doing at such an upsetting time. Once I made that first call to The Co op Funeral Care in Clifton they did everything for us. We were lucky enough to get Helen the Funeral Director and after just minutes of talking to her I just knew we were in the right place. She explained everything, she listened, she helped, she made everything we wanted seem like it was possible and no trouble at all. She made everything run smoothly. She asked everything in one meeting, so she had all of the finer details so as not to keep ringing us at an upsetting time, yet never did anything without clarifying it was just as we wanted it to be! My mum loved royal blue so they all wore royal blue ties on the day, this was a lovely touch. I cannot thank the team at Clifton enough Helen, Daniel and Debbie, you lifted a huge weight off our shoulders and for that we are forever grateful. I would highly recommend to anyone, Just like my lovely Mum Kathleen Hart, they were simply the best! Lots of love Julie and Georgia x

Co op did my mums funeral and I have to say they did her proud. From arranging her funeral till I picked up her ashes I was treated with the upmost respect. They made our mums departure very special. Thankyou so very much. Sheila Hart would have been very satisfied with the amazing way we were treated.

After being diagnosed with terminal cancer my husband had applied & been accepted for the Body Depository at City Hospital so his body could be used in furthering science, however after his death the depository refused him which suddenly left me with the task of having to sort out his remains. I rang Co-Op Funeralcare, Clifton where I spoke with Debbie Wake who immediately got to work helping me sort everything. Debbie's customer service has been a great help to me for which I am truly grateful. I recommend Co-Op Funeralcare, Clifton to anyone who wants a simple funeral care service without the hassle.
