after 30 minutes of waiting for someone to call to present his problem, I got a call from a super incompetent employee who didn't understand my problem but also left me on some kind of waiting mode. and given that the site says that there is a 7-day warranty that I want to pay, it's a little rude. I will complain to HP and I will pay a company to fix my problem

Today I spoke to a very unfriendly and lazy staff member at the store. The chap was so uninterested in doing his job that he couldn't put in a simple order for me. Other times the staff has veen so helpful to make it as easy as possible for us the customer and have placed a number of orders for me. I was so disappointed by today's experience.

Went in to buy a phone case for my new phone. Managed to find it straight away (phone accessories are on the right as you enter the shop). There was an assistant nearby and I got served quickly. Was in there for less than five minutes, got exactly what I went in for. Was pleased as I was in a rush! However, it's the most I've ever paid for a phone case (14.99).
