We recently received some training for our four woodwork machines. Our trainer Ian was superb. A thorough insight into the workings of our machines and useful tips were a plenty. We approached DW for some operator training, our brief was varied and required them to train both highly experienced operators and novices during the same sessions. This is not an easy task as any seasoned trainer will tell you. Warren achieved the task admirably, he kept the \old hands\ interested and added to their knowledge by calling on his own extensive experience. The newer employees were also engaged and educated and appreciated the \tempo\ of the training, everybody went away satisfied with their new knowledge.

Shame they don't have a 6 star option in here!! Daltons helped me replace a number of ageing machines, including full installation package. We have our guys booked for operator training in the next few weeks. Highly recommend!
