Was quoted 223 for video of drains with full report and images. Engineer very competent and helpful. When called to pay told the engineer had been on site for over 2 hours so as charge was an hourly rate cost would be 360! I explained no-one had told me it was based on time but no-one at Drainscan listened. At no point did anyone say I'm sorry about the confusion - no apology just a tirade about what I owed! I also suggested they should in future send an email or text to anyone they quote to avoid confusion and explain payment system. Again no response to that - just did not listen to me as a customer. So whilst operative was good, make sure you get a clear understanding of the price up front. I still have no idea of what I will ultimately pay nor have I seen the report nor know how I will receive it. Not the best experience.
