Incredible! First time been Druckers as normally just walk past as every time I look in, it seems very busy. Didn't realise how big the place was with lots of nice places to sit. Used the Groupon voucher and wasn't expecting to get as much as we did for the price we paid. Was a bit worried as normally when you get vouchers you can print them out however this one was just done via the phone app, so we showed it to member of staff behind the customer and it was quite a smooth transaction I thought it would be more stressful than that. Asked us what panini we liked and what cake and then got the pots of tea ready, then got ourselves a seat, it then got quite busy, so had to wait about 5mins which isn't that bad at all especially on a Sunday, then our paninis were brought to our table. Used Groupon offer : panini, slice of hand made gateau and a choice hot drink (Two Customers 12) So that was two large piping hot and very tasty panini's , two slices of hand made gateau which were that big we asked for a takeaway box to enjoy this evening. Two nice pots of English Breakfast tea. With friendly and helpful staff, clean seating and tables and nice atmosphere this will not be the last time we will be coming here. Great job!

Always a good cup of coffee or fruit tea, which my daughter and I sometimes prefer. Good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Always freshly made. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice for a shopping break.
Excellent tasting cake for my birthday party. Everyone loved it who turned up for my party, no complaints atall. Good pricing for it too. Also has lovely food to eat there and does hot drinks which is decent pricing too, on a par with Costa I would say if not better.
Went in after seeing some delicious quiches on display, however when I asked for one the lady said she didn't have any left... are they just for display??? I then tried to order a sandwich and apparently they couldn't prepare this either. Settled on 2 coffees which were cold and weak... would not recommend to anyone
We came in for a little bite to eat from the bad weather. Part of the order was a jacket potato with tuna and sweet corn filling. The potato was old and dried out. I challenged the server to tell me honestly when they had been cooked. She replied 'they are cooked from lunchtime' it was 2pm. This was a lie, pure and simple. There were no apologies in either voice or demeanour. Also (minor point) we ordered a hot chocolate. With an order of marshmallows. They cost 35p They had 2 left. Stated they would bring more over. Never arrived. Only got a refund when challenged. Also, some of the salad was brown and wilted. My mum recommended this place, we are putting her in a home tomorrow.
Great value for afternoon tea. Fresh sandwiches and hot savouries and hot scones. Plenty to eat. however upstairs is a bit shabby and the air vents and ceiling are filthy a bit off putting
Absolutely disgusting the woman who served us was very rude and offhand. Coffee was lukewarm. Ordered a well done toasted sandwich, when it came it was nearly black and cold inside. Think they should learn some manners. Will not be going again.
Half decent food. Service was appalling, waitress very rude. Portions were disappointing. Will not be returning at all. And would definitely advise people to stay clear.
