I have just been to Feet Etc in Stapleford, I came away like walking on air after Wendy had attended to my problem nail and feet. Attention to detail was amazing, she was even able to pick up on a slight blood pulse problem, which I was able follow up with my doctor.

After almost a year with a painful verruca, two visits with Wendy at Feet etc. and I'm pain free! It's almost a shame I don't need to go as the service is fantastic, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Should I have further feet issues I won't be waiting so long before seeking out help from Feet etc. Highly recommended.

I phoned Feet etc with regards to my mum and arranging a home visit, the lady on the phone was very pleasant and informed me that they don't do home visits. She could have left it there but no she took time out of her busy day to phone a few contacts to see of they did home visits with no avail. she phoned me a few hrs later (mainly due to EE lines being down and i could not receive any phone calls), to let me know her progress and offer me further information where to look. If that is the level of customer service they offer to non customers, then all i can say is the level they offer to their customers must be unbelievable. Thank you John Tomlinson
