I ordered some very personal funeral flowers which included a red Land Rover for my dad which I didn’t think would be possible to do however nothing seemed too much trouble for Diane and she was very helpful. When we received the flowers they’re were absolutely amazing and we had loads of comments on how wonderful they were. Thank you so much️

Fabulous website with an array of lovely items for gifts. I was very pleased to find jellycat items - which I could not normally afford- for reduced prices. Have recommended to family and friends. Delivery charges also very reasonable. Customer service on the phone was first class. I do appreciate these are really tough and worrying times for small businesses so I would encourage others to support great businesses like this. Will be purchasing other items in future- thank you!

amazing customer service and quality products. ordered a jellycat from them without tracked mailing and received it in Singapore just 2 weeks later. item came well packaged and all email enquiries were answered promptly and was very helpful :)

Looking at recent reviews and my own experience I would say that this company possibly excels as a shop- but falls really short as an online retailer. My order has been a complete mess for months...I ordered three toys and was charged twice ; had to chase for weeks on end for refund for the overpayment; and never received two of the three toys which were supposed to be in stock by end of November. I understand stock issues, brexit and pandemic have added untold stress to all businesses ; but my complaint is that there seems to be a serious lack of customer service. I never received any confirmation email of my order, I must have emailed about 15-20 times now asking to get a refund...these go days being unanswered to then eventually being told “accounts will look in to it “ (been told this twice now) and here I am still no refund. I also note that they post really long answers to previous negative reviews; if they spent half this time actually solving the issues then they probably wouldn’t have the problem in the first place!

I didn't know which florist to choose in Nottingham as I live in Peterborough but I am so pleased I chose Fleurtations. The lady I spoke to yesterday was brilliant and so helpful. The flowers arrived today and they were absolutely beautiful and the person I sent them to was thrilled with them. Thank you so much Fleurtations. Amazing value too.
