Not very good at this store. Angel Row store was so much better! Vic Centre is not laid out very well and staff are a lot worse

Sell shoody, poor quality items, then refuse to replace or refund, claiming it has been dropped. Closer inspection shows the controller, which had been used for no more than a couple of hours looks to be very second hand - see photo of the left hand joystick rubber. Staff are unhelpful, bordering on arrogant. I'd advise against buying from these cowboys, but if you have to, then buy on credit card to save the hassle when "manager" Andy doesn't understand the Sale of Goods Act or Consumer Rights Act.
Great choice of new and second hand games, consoles and phones. Well laid out. Bit pricey in some areas but that's to be expected.
Staff behind the counter took console and accessories to be check told to come back in 2 1/2 hrs (shop was empty) then was told I need I.d, after they accepted the items and taken out back, I am a member but they couldn't find my name on system, so handed back items and I went to cex, much better customer service, I went back to game now having cash for what I originally wanted, they took cash and then said it wasn't in stock -.- and that I would have to wait till more stock came in, so had to go through process of getting my money back there and then, none of them looked like they cared as it wasn't them being affected by incoherent, knowledgeable staff they have working there, my previous game staff always had a smile and happy to engage with customers and didn't look stoned when trying to piece words together to form some kind of sentence or smile, it would of taken 30nsecomds to walk in, state what I am.wanting to do and they turn around and check their system and say sorry sorry it is not in stock...

went in for a browse. staff are friendly. games are displayed and priced clearly. well stocked.
Staff are very knowledgeable, even if they don't play the same games as the customer. Can find out more about games that are available to preorder without any spoilers from staff, very professional
I don't know what's happened to this place but the staff are unhelpful and obnoxious. Not only that they don't seem to be very knowledgeable on their games either which is ironic considering its supposed to be a game specialist. I asked one of the assistants if they had streets of rage 4 in stock only for them to say they had never heard of the game. I bought a game from them today only to realise when I got it home that it was pre-owned and now doesn't work, I didn't ask for a pre-owned game so they should of informed me that this is what I was buying. The young lad at the counter was not interested in helping me either, in fact it was as if I was inconveniencing him by asking questions about Games products. In future I will use the store opposite.
