Have been using Gray Paul Nottingham for over 6 years now. Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. If you looking to purchase a new or used vehicle the sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Service department is equally efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. I bought my first car from this dealership nearly 15 years ago now, and have just bought my new Maserati from them. Have to say that I was a little nervous as I did not see the car, or test drive. It was distance buying and selling, due to Covid regulations, but my Quattroporte was delivered by covered trailer and look fantastic when she arrived. James Humberstone has been amazing. Has kept in complete touch with me during the whole transaction and is always very honest and quick to sort out any queries or issues. It’s a new way to buy a car, but Graypaul have adapted quickly to this changing Covid works and come up trumps. Would whole heartedly recommend the dealership, Mario, and of course James, and Steve the finance chap. Thanks Guys!

I had my newly purchased (not from Graypaul) Maserati Ghibli have it's big (and expensive) 4 year service a week ago at Graypaul. There is no doubt that I was very well looked after at the dealership and the service was thorough, so 5 Stars there. But in follow up to a few fairly basic enquiries about matters arising from the service I have had to chase repeatedly on a number of occasions and am still awaiting final answers. Whilst a few email gremlins might have contributed to this, Parts & Service know I have been chasing them and I will have to chase them again after the weekend.
