Sent defective item and was forced to pay return shipping even though the item cannot be used. According to Trading Standards \Expectations & good business practice for a defective item relating to return cost should lie on the retailer\. I guess my expectations were too high for this company . All over 16 shipping. Very disappointing. Also, sellers on eBay set their own returns policy, it is not Ebay's terms and conditions. I would have thought for a defective item the retailer would cover return cost hence that would be best business practice as previously stated above.
