I've seen quite a few negative reviews for KRCS but they were super helpful when I recently went to get my iPhone fixed! I had never had issues with a phone before and wasn't sure of what to expect from a repair service but I was very happy with their service. I was slightly surprised at being charged when I first dropped off my phone before it was even repaired as there was no guarantee they could have fixed it, but thankfully there were no extra charges. The only reason I'm not giving it 5/5 stars is that the repair took a few days longer than I expected. The replacement battery they tried to put in my phone was faulty so they had to order in a new one and I wasn't sure when it would arrive. I was told it would be 1-2 days so I just dropped my phone off on the second day (initial appointment on Monday, dropped off again on Wednesday). I was told it would take a few hours to repair and they were right! I got an email after about 3 hours telling me I could go and pick it up and since then it's been working perfectly. The staff were super helpful and didn't try to incur any extra charges which I was worried about! The price list is accurate and it's a very speedy repair service, would highly recommend to anybody considering it :)

2018 MacBook Pro - Went in for a simple top case replacement due to Apple’s poor keyboard system design, yes the one they ended up removing away from in their new M1 macs. Although I am the second owner of the MBP they would not go ahead with the top case service which is done free due to a a ribbon plastic latch being missing on the logic board, which has only ever been touched my an Apple authorised service centre and a liquid drop stain on the fan, the was no liquid on logic board or anywhere and no indicators saying it has liquid damage. Absolutely ridiculous...I found online that the plastic latch they are referring to is a 3m size piece and probably costs 1p, their service techs was defeated by this. It was probably to difficult to comprehend to just put one on or leave it as it and just wipe a droplet. Instead wanted to charge me for a new top base and logic board to the tune of 700 because they did not feel confident in the fully working Mac that the ribbon may get affected when they do the work as there is no latch. Are you kidding me?... Bear in mind this is is mint condition and works with no issues. This is the first and last time using these guys.

Ive been shopping at KRCS Nottingham for years for anything Apple and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always know exactly what they are talking about, great advice regardless of what you need. John the Manager is great and always happy to help with any questions I have, which are many!

I rate this shop - zero stars. The service from this shop has been diabolical. They take the full money for an order, say the order will be in within 4 days. Do not contact you to update you and let you know your order is in. The reason for that is that it has not come in. When you chase them they then say "oh we had a delivery but your order wasn't in that batch. You have moved up the order chain." Eventually after three weeks they say "we can't get what you ordered would you like an alternative!" Hence they cannot deliver what you order on time or actually get what you want. They do not contact you themselves. You have to chase them and they are full of excuses! Stay clear of this company. Its at your peril if they do not actual have it in the shop!! Don't be disappointed if they don't deliver I have warned you!!

KRCS has the most unprofessional service. I went to KRCS on the 20th of September 2020 to have my laptop fixed, in which they took my laptop in. (Keep in my mind I already paid for insurance when I bought my laptop in 2018).Throughout the past three weeks from the 20th of September to the 15th of October I have been dealing with getting my laptop fixed through multiple emails and calls, and to this day my laptop is not fixed. I am a university student, I need my laptop to study and I have assignments I need to submit. I called KRCS today, Oct.15.2020, to complain about what I have been experiencing for the past three weeks (keep in mind I have called KRCS more than two times over the past three weeks before making this call). The reply I received from that phone call was the same exact reply I have been told to do over the past three weeks to which I already did, to call CPU. The problem here, is that KRCS tells me to contact and email CPU and when I do, CPU tells me to contact KRCS. And when I contact KRCS, they tell me to contact CPU. My laptop is still unfixed and it is still with KRCS.

Very rude and uninterested staff, went in to try to get help for a loose mute switch on my iphone and was basically told it wasn’t a problem and when I asked but would it affect the water resistance, he said “I don’t know, you shouldnt put it in water anyway” even though that is not the point! they should know as they are meant to be apple certified technicians!!! (Went to a different shop afterwards and was told straightaway what I wanted to know) Was made to feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing. Very dissatisfied with the customer service

I recently brought my new MacBook Pro 2020 13' from KRCS! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and very keen to help. I ordered my MacBook Pro in store and it arrived the very next day! My time slot email was very delayed and I had not received an email until days after my laptop had already arrived. Thankfully I was in, so in this case it was not a problem!

I needed to repair my Mac Mini, try to book in online and tells me that they do not repair the device in this particular shop. But then there is this message on the website saying "You can visit the store any time to discuss or drop off the device, and repairs will be carried out at our central service location.". So that is what I did, only to find out I have to made an appointment to drop off at that particular store, which does not allow me to on their website. And also I need to pay 29 for the drop off because they need to send it else where to fix. People are risking their health to come out these day, instruction could't be more confusing and useless!!!
