The workouts are fun and challenging and all of the trainers are encouraging, fun and knowledgeable - they will check your form, they will make sure you're working as hard as you can, and they will keep pushing you! It's suitable for all levels of fitness and all kinds of bodies - most of us in my small group sessions have an old injury or two to deal with, and we are supported to work with that and still keep improving. I know lots of people are intimidated by the idea of personal or small group training, but don't be - I certainly don't have a 'gym body' and I don't feel put down or out of place. If I can suddenly start adding hundreds of reverse crunches to my week, so can you!

I have been training with Kristy for almost 2 years and I've never been healthier or happier. I have lost weight, changed shaped, gained strength and learnt to really enjoy exercise and healthy eating! She knows exactly how to push me just enough to get the most benefit out of our sessions and now back up our sessions together with sessions on my own at home. I couldn't recommend Kristy enough!
