Fantastic system in place for getting in via the scanning of a QR code... even if it lets the people that are behind you in first (even though both of us were parties of 2 and like I said we scanned the QR code first!) Food is what it is, expensive for what it actually is but nonetheless edible and plenty of it & the real thing is being able to mix and match menu items to create the ultimate dish. The ordering system is absolutely brilliant and didn’t have too long to wait for it to come. Bottomless soft drinks nice idea in theory but hard to grab any of the busy staff’s attention to get them to refill so a bottomless soft drink that is actually bottomless. Staff disinterested and too busy, dropping things as they were rushed off their feet. One girl with blue hair could to with a smiley course or perhaps finding a job that she’s more suited to, because service isn’t her area of expertise. There’s no point of having a face mask system if she, the front of house staff member, stands there with the mask below her nose! Overall a pleasant experience but nothing overwhelming for the price paid.

It was ok. The fries weren't very hot when they arrived at the house and had to be microwaved but not a big deal as they tasted nice. I also had the wing roulette but all the wings tasted the same despite the whole point being that they have varying spiciness. I also got the wing box. All the wings had a lot of black/burnt on the skin which didn't taste very nice but the actual meat tasted nice and tender. Overall it was ok but disappointing given the positive and feedback and rep this company has. Hopefully it was a one off because I would like to eat their food again if the quality improves.
Lovely place, food was really tasty. Didnt have to wait very long before our sharing platter came out, we bought some olives before hand so that kept us going for 5 mins. Staff were professional yet casual and very helpful.
Outstanding food and service. 4 x adults 5 x kids and felt so welcome and extremely looked after. some of us had become fallen fans of nando's but we all jointly enjoyed the food and experience more so the level of service with a smile and will definitely be coming back to this store.
This has to be the worst Nando’s ever! Can’t even get a simple order right. I drive 15 mile round journey to pick this up to find out when I got home 50% of the order missing. When I rang to say the manager (incredibly rude) then told me I could only get a refund. I asked politely that surely Nando’s should deliver? Apparently the multi million pound organisation such as Nando’s can’t pay for a 30 order to be delivered. So, they messed up but they expect me to do the 15 mile round trip again. I used to like Nando’s .. never again. Shoddy customer service and a rude manager proves they don’t actually give a f#ck. profit before customer satisfaction. Well done Nando’s. You spoilt my evening and I’m hungry. Looks like the management only reply to positive Google reviews .. sounds about right. Shoddy.
