This is a fantastic post office run by a very friendly & helpful couple who always go that extra mile for their customers. Nothing is to much trouble for them & I wouldn't use any other post office. Keep up the good work!

I was working away. When I had a return parcel to send. This was a Sunday and I was up early the next morning. I said to my wife that I would arrange this with indi/Sandy. I could not believe how helpful they were. They arranged the all the paperwork on my return a week later and sorted all the postage and return slip for me. Very professional and very curtious people. There is a saying in life. It's nice to be nice. I have known all the family for some considerable years and never had one encounter with this superb, professional, understanding and helpful family. God bless you and thank you for all you do.

As someone who runs a local business and spends over 500 pounds sending parcels each month I decided to check it out as the main Kirkby post office is closing. My worst experience at a post office so far and I have used quite a lot. NOT FOR BUSINESSES as would only do 4 parcels at a time. Expected me to leave cash and my parcels so he could do at his leisure. When I refused he was very affended and treated me poorly (Quite upsetting). I later found out that of the two parcels he did eventually do for me he overcharged me on one by over 6. I can't trust this post office and won't be returning.
