After having purchased our motorhome from Oaktree a couple of years ago we have continued to use them for the maintenance and servicing of the vehicle. We have found them to be thorough, friendly and efficient. The company's attitude towards it's customers is to treat them as friends. Nothing is overpriced, the staff from reception, sales and servicing are personable and helpful. Anyone considering the purchase of a motorhome should consider this company.

We have recently bought a newer motorhome from Oaktree & I can honestly say they are a superb company who have my total trust. The motorhome we bought was professionally valeted. All changes we asked for ie another TV & socket point, a new electric water filler were completed to the highest of craftsmanship. Jason the person who handled the sale never rushed us, he explained everything about the van. What I found invaluable was his knowledge on the importance of correctly draining down the systems when in storage. He gave his home number to call after 6pm anytime. We partexed our older motorhome & again this was done in a non stressful professional manor. They price Motorhomes for other companies across the UK as they are knowledgeable on what a current motorhome is worth. We received a fair price for our older van & the one we bought was a fair price too. Will definitely go back for my services each year.

We bought a motorhome from Oaktree in February. The service they provided was excellent. The motorhome was extremely well prepared and the handover was thorough and smooth. Since then they have continued to provide helpful advice and support. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service. Had issue with water pump while away. Contacted Oaktree just as they were closing for the day. They stayed on the phone offering suggestions to get it fixed. Worked out van needed a new water pump. Said to call next morning and they will sort it. True to their word, we called and took van straight in. Luckily we were not too far away. They fixed it within the hour. We were then able to enjoy the rest of our holiday. They couldn't have been more helpful. So much better than Lowdham's.
