Absolutely a Ridiculous Company!! I Booked an appointment Saturday morning for the next day because I had a leak from a Radiator, accepting also their tariff for the weekend. I talked with Ricky who was very kind on the phone at the beginning... So I booked an appointment for Sunday... He didn't give a specific time but he told me to stay at home because he would have come and fix my problem that day... The next day (Sunday) I stayed at home all day, I tried to call him 5 times during the day and he never answered the phone or come back to me at all... Absolute lack of professionalism and customer service... Time wasters!! I will not use this company never again, not even for tighting up a nut... Highly NOT recommended!!
