Just wanted to give you feedback and review on Prime Property Agents (Sherwood Estate Agency Ltd ). Very poor experience. Seller withdrew the sales and did not want to sell. Sourcer refused to refund my sourcing fee or transfer the fee over to next property. It was escalated and in the end I got my fee back after almost a year. I learned my lesson. Guys please do due diligence and never give this guy your hard earned money upfront!

Glad I chose them to look after my investment in Wales as an out-of-town investor. No problems with communication and very professional, very friendly. It seems they are a boutique set up but yet well equipped to take care of sales, lettings, day-to-day management etc. All good so far!

Prime property provide a very good and professional service. They do a lot of research for the client before hand to ensure you are getting good value for money. The purchasing process is very straight forward and there is someone there to assist you all the way through to completion. I would definitely use them again if investing further.

This company refusing to refund my money after I changed my mind a couple hours later - due to unforeseen circumstances within my family they are holding onto my money and leaving me without food and enough pay my bills they show little interest and no compassion after they take your money. I would avoid using these people who are only here to take hard earned money from unsuspecting people who are looking to invest for a better life - my son who is disabled needs his money back and they refuse to give a disabled person their money back I am not giving up until I get all the money back which they owe me as well as interest avoid this company at all cost the reviews on the site are untrue I’m dealing with them right now.
