Visited the store on 19th and 20th Dec regarding some advice for severe pain that my daughter was having with her ice skates. I would really like to say a massive thank you to the 3 staff members who listened to what the problem was and gave there advice/assistance/personal experiences to help resolve. The inserts worked perfectly and she is now pain free. purchased insoles for skates and also normal shoes. thank you very much

Lovely staff, I didn’t buy anything but I went to the clinic for an ingrown nail treatment. The podiatrist was very helpful and gentle as I was in a lot of pain when I came in. The manager sat with me and offered to hold my hand and talk to me during the procedure to take my mind of the pain. They both provided fantastic service and really looked after me rather than just doing their job and sending me on my way. I would recommend to any of my friends to go to this clinic.
I had an appointment with Zoe and she was fabulous. My foot feels great and I have a new friend! Highly recommended.
I was starting to like shuropody products and the store, but my experience in the store means I am not likely to return there anytime soon. The staff, from my own experience have been really friendly and helpful. However I wouldn't say the same about the store manager who was very patronising and extremely rude. I went to return a pair of sandals i had bought( 2 days before) when i was on my lunch break. The friendly sales assistant who sold it to me had said i could return it if I didn't like it after trying it after getting back home, and she said as long as you keep the receipt you can get a refund. When I went to return this in store for a refund I was met with this extremely patronising lady who said ' no they wouldn't say that' several times in a very dismissive way when I explained that I was told by the sales person that I could get a refund When I asked themnanout the policy.. She said I can only have a credit note or exchange as it was a sales item(which was fine really!). However what puts me off is the patronising manner in which she spoke to me, implying i was lying. I do not expect shuropody to change their returns policy for me..but never once did this lady in charge say 'sorry if you have been misinformed but this is shuropody's policy.., instead, went on to speak me in a manner implying i was lying. She kept repeating 'it says so on the receipt' when I said i wouldnt have bought it if the assistant hadn't misinformed me, refusing to listen to anything i was trying to say. Why should i look at the receipt when a store assistant who is supposed to know the policy says you can bring back for a refund within 28 days! And you get a receipt only after you have paid, based on what you are told! It was shocking behaviour. After having read the reviews on this store I can see I am not the only one who has been at the receiving end of this patronising behaviour by the store manager !! I do not recommend this store to anyone
Excellent service. Very polite and efficient staff member who knew what she was talking about. Have had problems with my foot for ages and my knee was hurting too. The insteps are a great relief.
