Myself and my wife had a Thai and Swedish massage here. The place is actually called Spa Diamond and is in the high street. I had Charli and my wife had Mali. Both massages were professional and quite good. I would give them 4 stars for the massage, but I was quite shocked on entering the place as it does not seem to be the same place as in the pictures on their website. Basically quite shabby looking, although to be fair the massage room pictures are accurate. Overall 3 stars because this place is in desperate need of refurbishment downstairs. For those booking online, the staff working there do not seem to be the same ones listed on the online booking system.

Had my partner booked in for a massage for Father’s Day at 3. Arranged to tak his presents and balloons in to the room half an hour before hand. Got there it wasn’t open and no one was answering the landline or mobile number. Shocking services and poor communication skills. How can you run a business like that?
Very welcoming and a very professional service, massive thumbs up from me and would highly recommend to anyone:)
