The recruitment team In derby are great, all friendly and professional, it’s just the people running the absence line for M&S staff line, rude and inconsiderate. Cancelled a phone call when trying to report an absence then saying the phone hadn’t rung all morning whilst he was there. Also telling me I probably had the wrong number.

Its a shame that Staffline(the recruiting agency) are acting as the face of the M&S warehouse at Castle Donington for people who'd like to work there. The Staffline agency recruiters are very unprofessional and \RACIST\, yes you read it right they are racist. If you have an option just run away from this place, everyone deserves some respect which Staffline is short at.
