Not bothered to keep their word. Dropped me on road at 1am in the midnight after promising me to drop at home after the shift. Had to call many times to get the payment.

Really bad. Just awful. If you work here check your payslip *every* week! They get it wrong a lot. When I stopped working for them and got a beer job I asked for a reference just to confirm that I worked there for HR. After three months and an official complaint they still did not manage to do it. One of the times that I called them the guy I spoke to said \you should complain more as it will be more likely to motivate us\... That's how bad they are!

I have never come across an agency like this one. Advertising for NHS staff to help creating masks, asked to email which I have done twice, no reply, I have called 6 times and the phone put down everytime I call. How can a company like this represent NHS, having reviewed other jobs I see they recruit for Sports Direct aswell, a great combination. Do not touch this agency, poor service. I have sourced work from another agency who have been excellent, answered straight away, online registration and then a Zoom interview, passed the test and start work Monday. How can two agencies be so different.
