Tesco as well as other supermarkets have taken a lot of stick from shoppers in the past tesco during the past year have turned the criticism into positive features they have been a lifeline during the pandemic as my opinion space to get around helpful staff quality products always clean and an in and out system that works tesco as become our favourite place to shop hats off to you Bulwell tesco and staff

Quite annoyed after having been there today, that the upstairs department is not open to the public! No access to clothing items, housewares or entertainment and toys, so people that want to get Christmas presents in for people they live with can't, absolutely ridiculous I can understand that shops that are classed as \Non-essential\ have had to close temporarily, but why in a supermarket?!?! Quite ironic how literally just a minute's walk down from Tesco, the pawn/cash shop is allowed to stay open, to say it's not an essential shop!
Good store
Very rude old woman on entrance refusing me entry for not wearing mask despite medical exemption. She wanted to see proof which is against the Disability Act. People should not face an inquisition about their disability. The old woman is jumped up letting the small amount of power go to her head. She told me I would not be served at the tills which turned out to be untrue. Why is tesco putting a covidiot like that on the door? Appauling customer service on top of an unpleasant shopping experience with a badly laid out large store. Shame on tesco. I will be going to the nearby Lidl store in future as staff there are much more pleasant and I dare say the prices are lower.
Nice staff here but definitely no disinfecting between customers but to be fair I haven't seen other stores doing it either
