I’ve been doing your workouts since lockdown here in the UK in March 202 when the gym closed. Just done one in our very very cold conservatory. My husband finally joined me a week ago and I’m astounded at his commitment. We do one every day, although have agreed we will have a day off tomorrow (Xmas day). Thank you.

I have visited Jude on a number of occasion for sports massages on a lower back injury that I have had for many years, so I know what she does works. However, I've been suffering with tennis elbow for 3 months with countless trips to the doctors and no improvement. After one visit to Jude my elbow was 80% better and with the second visit a week later I am fully on the mend. I can honestly say that without Jude I would still be suffering now with the pain - which was often keeping me awake at night. I can highly recommend The Body Project, plus the facilities are services are amazing.
