Very dishonest - will never use again . picked a worktop of which he had 2 and I wanted 3 - assured me the 3rd one was definitely the same, looked the same in the dark warehouse. Had them delivered by him and fitted by the joiner while we were away, wasn’t until we got home that we realised they were not exactly the same (in fact they looked nothing alike when fitted) - went to see him after and he wasn’t interested, wouldn’t do anything to help us rectifying it, said it wasn’t his problem. It’s going to cost us a fortune putting it right.
