Moved house on 5th Feb and have now spent about 6 hours on hold trying to arrange a visit to my new address to install same system here. Last time 41 minutes on hold only to be cut off. This has happened several times. Truly shocking service and looking elsewhere now.

Worst customer service I've experienced of any of my suppliers. I have spent hours of my life on hold to them. Looking forward to ending my contract with them.
The internet speed sounds impressive, the internet connection is not. I would't mund paying the high costs if it worked. The internet can't seem to handle more than 5 devices latched on at any time. Tried to cancel and switch but the call just ended abruptly after 45 mins of being on hold! Emailed them to complain and ask them to call back. It's been a week and have heard nothing.
I spent 5 hours on the phone, being disconnected 5 times whilst waiting on hold, only to be told that as they do not provide Virgin media to our new property, that we would have to pay 144. The internet speed we had was WELL BELOW WHAT WE PAID FOR. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will NEVER recommend any of Virgins products to anybody due to the experience I have had. This has honestly been the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life. AVOID AT ALL COST.
