Just want to start off by thanking the whole team for the pleasant experience, especially Nina for making my hair look absolutely beautiful. I had very bad experiences from previous hairdressers where they were unable to colour my hair the way I wanted. My hair was very orange and brassy. After attending several hair salons I was recommended visage by family and friends. I had a consultation and was booked in for the next day. My hair now looks exactly the way I want it to look. I couldn’t be happier with the way it had turned out. The salon is very clean and the hygiene levels are top notch. I am very impressed with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you so much and I will definitely be visiting again.

So i have been a regular client of visage for 6 years now and they never fail to amaze me. Everyone is so kind and caring. The service is absolutely amazing. I honestly recommend coming. I got full highlights with Nina one of the hairdressers I know. Can i just say she is one of the most talented hairdressers out there. Her skills are extraordinary and she is so sweet, has such a pure heart and takes such good care of you. my highlights ended up looking spectacular! The amount of time and effort she puts in makes you want to appreciate it 10x more. i genuinely love coming there and will definitely continue going there. I always enjoy visiting visage beauty and find all of the staff are very good in their work, have good expertise and offer a friendly and professional service. Yesterday Emma carried out my treatment and I always leave the salon feeling very happy when she is here. Emma is very professional and knowledgeable. She is honest and trustable and really offers a warm and friendly service, helping us customers feel respected and valued. I always see amazing results when Emma is completing my treatments and this encourages me back to the salon. While completing the treatment I enjoy having a lovely chat with her and even after she has had a busy day she puts in a lot of effort in her work and also in keeping customers relaxed and happy. I came in and the lady who opened the door for me was so polite. She then directed me to two ladies who were going to colour my hair. They made me feel so uncomfortable. They made me feel horrible inside they were angry with me, shouting at me. I acknowledged that my hair was not an easy task. What I didn't want is what i got. Luckily I have now gone to another hairdressers and they have now fixed my hair to a beautiful colour. The lady who was dying my hair was so forceful and she poked me in my eye with bleach! Then she started rubbing her gloved hand with bleach on to my neck and forehead! While i had the colouring cap on she was picking my hair out of the cap with a very sharp end of a rattail comb and she could tell it was hurting me but she didn't care, my ear is still sore. I left the salon very unhappy because my hair was uneven in colour and red. I had dye stains all over my forehead and neck. The day after i got a rash all over my neck and forehead. I was so quiet throughout the service as I felt so scared by these two ladies. I paid 70 without complaining and i told her I was happy because I felt so scared by her. They are very unprofessional and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Louisa is AMAZING!! The best truly! She makes every appointment so comfortable and puts you at ease. The only person I trust when it comes to waxing. So glad Visage is opened again, they've been sorely missed.
