The receptionist is absolutely disgusting, no manners, argumentative and ignorant. Also waited on a phone appointment for two weeks just for it not to happen because they forgot to change my details, not the first time... had this sort of trouble before but in the end you get treated like it's your fault and they expect you to wait again - urgent or not they simply don't give a S**t. Hopefully it does get closed down

my farther has been with this surgery for many years it is going absolutely down hill. some receptions are very rude, disrespectful and got no manners at all. between the doctors and pharamcy down stair all you get is a pack of lies. i ring they tell me percription has been sent go pharmacy and they are saying its still with the doctor waiting to be signed what do u believe ha. so it however leave my farther with no meds and waiting for it to be sorted. he has severe health. i not just the once it continusly. then i rang the gp the receptioniat said well if your not happy they change i dear she how rude.

I have registered with them in July and was told I need to book a get to know appointment. Every time I call they are not able to give me one. We are now in November. I don't understand their appointment system and why they keep on asking me to call back when they never have appointments instead of giving me a call when their diaries open again. Not impressed.
