Worst bank ever. My girlfriends card got \frozen\ because they thought she had a loan running, which she had not. After I think 3 months they finally wanted to give her a paper so she could switch banks and go to antoher one, but the interesting and funny part is this paper still hasnt arrived today. When you try to confront them all they have is lazy excuses.No rent could be paid, nothing. How do you as bank justify such a behavior? Government should shut you down, because you are stealing from people. They are trying to make cheap excuses because they were obbed\ millions of in December 2018, which was probably the director putting this money in his own pockets.

V prvem valu zaprtja naše panoge sem koristila 6 mesecev moratorija kredita, v februarju sem podala vloga še za 3 mesece moratorija, kot je vlada sprejela za pomoč v času covida. Danes je bila moja vloga zavrnjena, ker bi v mojem primeru, po odločitvi banke, zdaj šlo za rekonstruiranje kredita?!!?
Dobra banka,prijazni usluzbenci ki se trudijo da bi vam ugodili in pomagali,vendar mislim da odkar je nov sistem in pomankanje osebja,da se pri bolj pomembnih zadevah veckrat zakomplicira,mislim da pri starem KBM je to bilo lazje in hitreje.
Eno veliko razočaranje. Mobilna banka slabo pregledna in manj prijazna uporabniku. Tudi izpiskov v papirni obliki za uporabnike, ki nimajo spletne in mobilne banke, ker je pač ne potrebujejo, ta mesec ni bilo. Pa še bi lahko naštevala.
