Nova training is an amazing place to go to try and get the qualifications you need and to make sure you get the job that u need. You also get along with all the staff and they all make sure that you do you best before you go in and do your exams. The center manager is the sort of person that you can rely on and all he is trying to do is do his best for the students that go there.

At the end of the day its a good place for receiving qualifications, finding a job(or job experience, work placements etc) and even improving your GCSE results. However, the reason I have put 4 stars is because Nova Training requires a lot of patience because sometimes the money you receive for passing exams takes awhile to come through and you never know when you're going to get it. As long as you keep your head down and arrive on time the usual complaining is kept to a minimum. However, I sometimes feel targeted when the class is being told off and i'm not the only one who feels this way. They have improved a lot of things though in all honesty like Stafford Nova Training center, Other than that I genuinely feel looked after and safe here, I have mental health issues and I know a few others here with different problems and they don't make our life a misery like other schools or placements did. Some days my mental health keeps me in bed and I don't feel well enough to come in and Nova Training has never made me or my family feel bad about this. There were multiple incidents with my behavior (due to MH) which essentially wasn't my fault and I feel like it was all dealt with maturely and well. All in all its a good place. Its manic at times but other than that its good.

The Nova training staff has gave me alot of advice with various things like frazer has helped me with getting work placements and setting up my cv's, rose has made me very welcome when i arrived, sherley and lisa have helped me with exams, jan has shown me how to apply for burcery, and my overall opinion is i would recommend everyone to come here.

I have been at Stafford Nava Training for a long time and I have learnt a lot since I have started all the staff members are friendly and you can speak to them about any issues you might have, because of the tutors I have passed all my English exams and working to finish my maths.
