I came from Switzerland in order to buy a bicycle there as triathlete. They were really professional, serious, took measurements in order to provide a well fit bicycle according to my specifications (even without asking for it and it was really great from their part). I still waiting for the product as its imported, but I can talk a lot about the customer service and my experience within the store, the professionals involved and I must tell that it was great! As a bike shop, you will have more than enough items to buy, they are offering several types of bicycles, and products related (dont get yourself wrong, the store is huge), and definitely will give you tips of products that have the same or similar efficiency with a proper price!
