Receptionist is kind of rude, Does not like to answer questions.

The receptionist did not know how to do her job, she kept hanging up on me when I would ask to be transferred to a department.

There is an 8pm curfew on my apartment's rooftop. I can't even sit out there to read by myself during sunset. Additionally, my significant other is not allowed at any of the amenities because she is not on my lease. I am told that this is the decision of the building owner.
