I tried to cancel my rental because of Covid since I will not be allowed to travel to my destination. They do not care and do not offer anything as a replacement solution. I just lost all my money. Last time I use this agency. An advice? avoid using them.

We discovered Novasol this summer and rented twice houses in Denmark. Twice we were *extremely* disappointed. The pictures on their website do not correspond to reality. Places were run down and filthy beyond description while displayed pictures must have been taken a long time ago. The second rental was so bad that we couldn't stay and Novasol immediately accepted to refund us, which was the least they could do (but at ast they did it).

We booked a villa in La Nucia (Spain) through Novasol which was advertised as 5* and luxurious, but when we arrived it was dirty, old, the beds were not prepared and the lower floors smelled horribly. We left the house after the first inspection, since nobody spoke English during our check-in. Afterwards Novasol is not prepared to provide any sort of compensation. Not to be recommended to book through this agency.

I have rented a holiday house through Novasol. It was very bad. The house was lousy. Poor customers treatment. Novasol lied to me. They sent me many bills that was not agreed. Novasol is very dishonest. Not recommended at all
