EDIT: I received a surprise bill yesterday for 200 and saw that the outpatient part of the bill had apparently not been covered by my main insurance (some plans outsource to 3rd parties for behavioral healthcare coverage). After only bringing to their attention the fact that there was an issue with my bill and that it should not be that much, they took the initiative to figure out the problem ahead of time before contacting me with the resolution. No arguing or multiple calls needed to fight the issue on my end, no need for me to stay on top of them to make sure they were actually looking for a resolution, both of which I am used to having to do with some facilities...I just got a message letting me know they understood I had an issue and were already resolving it :) So you apparently will not even have to fight with Novus over incorrect billing, which is a breath of fresh air in an industry filled with places that you have to fight tooth and nail with over incorrect bills. LGBT friendly and a doctor that gets right to the point: Treatment. I was actually listened to here when I mentioned I was suspicious of having undiagnosed ADHD and was walked through everything with clear instructions and a strong willingness to help. Doc didn't look at me like I was an idiot when I suggested what I thought the problem was (and I was halfway correct!) and assured me we would take all possible courses of action. So far I have absolutely no complaints about this place other than it needs a sign out front so they're easier to find for newcomers!

Very pleased with my visit. Haven’t been treated this well by a provider until now. She just opened her business up, so I didn’t have to wait three months to be seen. That other reviewer must be a real piece of work to complain about paying for a service that improves one’s quality of life. What a hater... Finding the right medicine isn’t like getting a Micky-D’s hamburger. I ask about taking insurance and she will be able to do that as soon as the Insurance Companies straighten things out on their end. Anyway, I would recommend Novus to anyone that asked.
