A laptop of mine went missing from Nowra sorting facility and Australia Post haven't done enough to try and locate it. Never send through Australia Post always use couriers. Australia Post has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Ive been here twice this week and seen different people working both times and they were both rude. The first man walked away from me talking to himself even though there was a long line up. I had my baby with me and already waited about 10 minutes to be served and the second was a lady and she was very abrupt with me even though all i wanted was to buy a stamp to send a letter. This place has the worst customer service and ill be travelling to town next time i need a post office. Definatly wont be back here

There’s a permenantly closed shop where the sign is. Apparently the post office is somewhere else.

Constantly fail to deliver packages, 80 - 90 percent of my deliveries are always pick ups from the post office. Only the mail/small items postman on the motorcycle makes deliveries. I rarely get a "missed delivery card" so I suspect he marks it as a missed delivery before he even leaves the post office.
