A laptop of mine went missing from Nowra sorting facility and Australia Post haven't done enough to try and locate it. Never send through Australia Post always use couriers. Australia Post has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've never had a chance to talk directly to the distribution center. If anyone who works there sees this and know of a laptop (Mac) in a red bag that is in that facility please let me know at [email protected]
