Very poor service, hearing test not done properly. They are only interested in getting you in and selling the dearest hearing aids they can sell you. Went to Audika who did the test properly and their better quality heating aids were a lot cheaper.

The Nowra store are a pain in the proverbial. Stay away from them. They are the only store in any Stockland shopping centre that I know who continually harass shoppers passing by. I’ve been to Instanbul in the Grand Bazar where you expect that and it is actually fun but not in Nowra please. Wake up you idiots at Bay audio; you should have your lease terminated. Market your business in a professional way and stop annoying shoppers. I have made a formal complaint to Stockland Nowra management.
