Ordered online and the wait was supposed to be approximately 30 mins. After an hour I rang and manager apologised for the lateness as a driver hadn't turned up for work. Was told we would have the pizzas in the next 40 mins. They turned up nearly an hour later. Now I understood there were real issues with staffing but my complaint isn't about the wait but rather about how good the pizzas were. And they were terrible. Thin and crispy crusts very dry and all four pizzas had hardly any topping on them. The worst I've ever had from Domino's.
I got Domino's from new bomoderry store it was fresh,hot,tasty,spoke 2 manager,as wanted pineapple on my meat lovers I don't get it but he did me a great discount on a family meal,would recommend dominos bomoderry highly
This store is never good and we have ordered here a few times as it is our local store. Pizzas are always lacking presentation and flavour. Our dessert in the past arrived very very burnt and black and last night our BBQ chicken pizza had no BBQ sauce and our pepperoni pizza had all the pepperoni dumped on in one spot. The ratios/portions of toppings to bases are always off compared with other Dominos stores. One positive, the staff are always delightful and professional.
Great except I'm allergic to onion and 90% of the time including tonight just guess what happens. They make my pizza with onion yet again despite asking to remove it.
