l love Horizon Bank. It's incredible I can say that about a bank when there are definitely a few I hate. I haven't been into a branch for more than 15 years since I have moved away but Horizon bank is still amazing . I have other bank accounts but no other bank is as good as Horizon. Nothing is too much trouble and there is definitely personal service, even though it is remote. They know me when I ring up. All the staff are extremely helpful. And the security questions are simple. They don't go in for the unnecessary bureaucratic nonsense that some banks go in for. And it's so easy to ring them up and talk to someone. I can't think of anything negative to say about them. Clearly I'm a very happy customer.

I have been a member for some years now but it was when my granddaughter died suddenly and I had to deal with the closing of her Horizon account I found the manager Sarah and staff extremely helpful and was guided through the necessary procedures with compassion. Her mother was in no fit state to deal with it. Thank you to all the staff at Nowra Branch for always being at the end of the phone when I needed them.
I have banked with Horizon for 30 years and have never felt them to be other than unfailingly professional, efficient and obliging. Staff has changed over time but the culture of customers count has remained. Terrific people.

Great financial institution, been a member for 25 years and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Hopefully Horizon will quickly reduce its loan borrowing interest rates in line with Aust Gover official rate falls.
Love the personalised service, the care given when required, not just a number in a large bank but more of a personalised service in a smaller more personalised bank, always ready to help with any inquiry, an asset to my business banking
