Colin and his team designed a major extension of our beach house including adding a second level, which has been a significant improvement to the house. He listened to what we were looking for and came up with a great design and solution that improved the original areas, and added a huge amount of additional space with some beautiful features for us to use. The place is now our dream house, often admired by passers by. He helped us find a great builder and supported us throughout the build period, and with contract management. We have admired his other projects in the area, and have no hesitation in recommending i architecture.

Having been fortunate in securing one of those rarely offered properties overlooking Kiama Harbour, we really wanted to create something special that would do justice to the location. What we ended up with in working with Colin Irwin and the i-architecture team is a standout, warm, contemporary, and light filled multi generational family home that has surpassed anything we could have envisioned. Our experience with Colin's vision and creativity in design has been outstanding, as has been his patience and commitment throughout in helping us manage through a complicated set of neighbour objections, council public access meetings, and political processes that we've now learnt are part and parcel of any development in a sensitive location. We've now been living in the new home for over 14 months and feel absolutely blessed with what's been created working together with i-architecture.
