The best martial arts gym in the Greater Shoalhaven area. Felt like part of the family from the very beginning. Have been to gyms around here where you feel like an intruder, and they only want you to sign up and pay them. Not Here. The first week was free... Might have been 2 weeks, I signed up that day, so it doesn't matter. Very nurturing and helpful of n00bs like myself. Recommend.
