I have just had an Ankle reconstruction surgery at Nowra Private Hospital and the service was first class. Fantastic experience right from the first steps into the reception. Thank Dr Gouda and the team at Nowra Private for the quality care I received.

I am seventy years old an at this age things start to go wrong with your body. I had never had an opperation before and did not know what to expect, my short stay under Doctor Paul Jarman getting a replacment hip joint was a bit scary at first but the team of addmin.staff, nurses, anasesthetist, and surgent, put my mind at ease.Even though it was a short stay everbody dose there upmost for your full recovery. I would highly recommend the team at Nowra Private Hospital. Many Regards Bill (Harry) Croucher

I had a shoulder operation and stayed 24hrs. Nurses were friendly, kind and helpful on all shifts. Food was very tasty. Room 26 is large, quiet, new, clean and well provisioned with toilet chair and shower chair - bed and pillow were extremely comfortable. Was seen by physiotherapist and fitted for a sling prior to the op and woke up with it on. The friendly perioperative theatre nurse and anaesthetist allayed my fears of a failed intubation so my sincerest thanks to them. I slept through my first night only woken 4hrly for obs and fell straight back to sleep. The shoulder block was great, as was the regional catheter to self administer 1.0mL/60 mins Ropivicaine for pain for next 48hrs at home. I was visited by the anaesthetist and Dr Jarman immediately post op and my support person was informed of the successful procedure and unremarkable recovery - good idea to have one as I didn't recall them visiting at all! Thank you Dr Paul Jarman and your team and the nurses - it's day 9 and I have no bruising.
